Refund Policy
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request your money back for any reason.
To be eligible for a refund, your order must have been placed within the last 30 days and you must have proof of purchase.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact customerservice@puremycoorganics.com to start a return. You will receive a confirmation request if your return request is accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Our team will investigate the issue and inform you of next steps.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). These products will have this disclaimer in the product description prior to purchase. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you find an issue with your order you would still like the product(s) you ordered, we will send a replacement item. Please reach out to customerservice@puremycoorganics.com with any questions.
Refunds
We will notify you we’ve received and approved your return. At this point, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days, but they may take up to 30 days for the system and/or your bank to process your refund.
